Fogle to plead guilty to sex acts with minors, child porn
INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — Longtime Subway pitchman Jared Fogle agreed Wednesday to plead guilty to allegations that he paid for sex acts with minors and received child pornography in a case that destroyed his career at the sandwich-shop chain and could send him to prison for more than a decade.
Prosecutors allege that Fogle knew the pornography had been secretly produced by the former director of his charitable foundation, which sought to raise awareness about childhood obesity and arranged for Fogle to visit schools and urge children to adopt healthy eating and exercise habits.
Authorities said Fogle offered to pay adult prostitutes a finder's fee if they could connect him with minors for sex acts, including some as young as 14 or 15 years old.

Stars of 'The Bachelor,' 'The Bachelorette,' 'Bachelor in Paradise' Reunite on 'GMA'
The finale of this season of “The Bachelorette” is airing tonight, and to mark the occasion, “Good Morning America” staged a reunion of previous contestants of “The Bachelor,” “The Bachelorette” and “Bachelor in Paradise” on the show this morning.
Present for the get-together were Sean and Catherine Lowe, Desire and Chris Siegfried, Chris Soules, Clare Crawley, Andi Dorfman, Ali Fedotowsky and Lacy Faddoul. They fielded questions from “GMA”’s Lara Spencer and “The Bachelorette” host Chris Harrison.
When the group was asked for its take on Kaitlyn Bristowe, the star of the current season of the show, Fedotowsky said it appeared obvious that Bristowe was “really falling” for both finalists, Nick Viall and Shawn Booth.

Channing Tatum Superhero Movie ‘Gambit’ in Jeopardy as Deal Unravels (Exclusive)
Rupert Wyatt is directing the comic book film, which 20th Century Fox hyped earlier this month at Comic-Con. Channing Tatum’s “Gambit” deal is in jeopardy of falling apart and he is planning to exit the comic book project at 20th Century Fox, an individual with knowledge of the situation has told TheWrap.
The studio had been in the process of testing young actresses to star alongside Tatum, including Lea Seydoux, but insiders suggest that director Rupert Wyatt will soon have to find a new leading man.
It is unclear whether Tatum and his producing partner Reid Carolin plan to remain involved in a producing capacity, or whether Simon Kinberg and Lauren Shuler Donner will move forward on their own.
Representatives for 20th Century Fox and Tatum could not immediately be reached for comment.

Cops: Rosie O'Donnell's missing daughter was 'of sound mind'
Rosie O'Donnell's teenage daughter was "of sound mind and body" when she was found in New Jersey after she left home for a week, police in New York said Wednesday.
Sgt. Daniel Wilson said Chelsea O'Donnell was found by South Nyack police a day earlier in Barnegat, New Jersey, at the house of a male she was "recently acquainted with." He didn't describe the relationship further. Chelsea declined medical attention, and "she did not appear to be in any mental distress," he said. She had left the family's home Aug. 11 with a therapy dog, and her mother's concern was intensified because she had not been taking needed medication. Chelsea suffers from mental illness, according to her mother's spokeswoman, Cindi Berger.
Rosie O'Donnell lives in South Nyack, about 25 miles north of New York City, and police there had been involved in searching for Chelsea since Aug. 16. In the interim, Chelsea made contact with third parties, so police "didn't believe that there was any immediate danger," Wilson said. He didn't say who the parties were. South Nyack police informed Barnegat police on Tuesday that they believed Chelsea was there. Police went to the residence and although the person answering the door initially did not want to reveal Chelsea's presence, police said they would not leave until she came out. She then appeared and willingly left with police.

Josh Smith says his $6.9 million salary will make life ‘harder’ for his family
Josh Smith, who signed with the Los Angeles Clippers this month after spending last season split between the Detroit Pistons and Houston Rockets, said at his introductory news conference earlier this week that his lower salary will be “harder” for his family.
Smith’s contract with the Clippers will pay him $1.5 million next season. According to the Detroit Free Press, the Pistons will also pay him $5.4 million for his old deal, which brings his total salary for the 2015-16 season to $6.9 million.

The term reality is often far from the truth, especially as it pertains to television. Some of our favorite reality shows are entertaining to watch, but not all that real. While I certainly do love watching the Real Housewives of Orange County whoop it up and have a good time, I’m perfectly aware that the reality is that these women
are placed in staged situations in which they are encouraged to argue, fight and engage with one another in a way that wouldn’t ordinarily happen in real life. Sorry to disappoint, people, but it seems that some of our favorite reality shows are far from reality.
